Meet Nora

Hi there! I'm Nora Bice, a licensed therapist offering specialized therapy services to adults wanting to decrease their anxiety and negative self-concept and increase their connections with other people. I’m licensed as a therapist in the states of California (LMFT #83921), Oregon (LMFT #T2366), and Pennsylvania (#MF001480), and I'm also certified for telehealth sessions in Florida (#TPMF544). With over a decade of experience, I've been practicing psychotherapy since 2011, and I'm deeply passionate about helping individuals gain confidence and develop a strong sense of self-worth.

Anxiety and self-doubt can significantly impact our lives, making us feel unworthy of the people and opportunities around us. Our relentless inner critic can sometimes make us believe we're inadequate or undeserving. If you're tired of losing sleep by overanalyzing your shortcomings and want ways to feel more confident about your worth, I'm here to help.

My therapeutic approach is integrated and personalized, focusing on gaining insight, connecting thoughts, feelings, and actions, and highlighting your unique strengths. By working together, we can uncover the root causes of your challenges, explore coping strategies, and pave the way for positive change.
